How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
How long does it take to ship after I order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping takes 3–7 business days.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States: the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.
Do you ship to Spain or internationally?
Not yet. Shipping to Spain and Europe is coming soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Restrictions
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico) or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address at checkout.
Shipping costs, taxes and insurance
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is $9.99. Shipping is complimentary on orders of $350 or more.
Do I have to pay taxes?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us at hi@theammu.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Missing or damaged items
If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us at hi@theammu.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
The carrier will follow its standard delivery process. Use your tracking link to see delivery options. THE AMMU is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or incorrect address information.
