Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

Shipping to Spain and Europe is coming soon.

Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $9.99
  • Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders of $350 or more.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

THE AMMU is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Before you return
To request a return, email hi@theammu.com with your order number and photos of the item. Returns must be approved before the item is shipped back.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup or any other damage will not be accepted, nor will items damaged by not following the care instructions.

How to ship your return

  • Returns must be shipped with a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL). Please send us the tracking number at hi@theammu.com.
  • We do not accept in-person returns or hand-delivered items.
  • Items remain the customer's responsibility until received by THE AMMU. We recommend insured shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hi@theammu.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the issue.
